Vehicle order process

Buying a new car couldn't be simpler. Just follow our step by step guide below to make things even easier.

Step 1: Choose the vehicle you wish to Finance.

We can completely customise your vehicle with any variations to suit your needs. Simply speak to a member of our team to ensure you get all the accessories you require.

Step 2: Establish a credit line.

Once we have got you exactly what you want and need with your personalised price, we will utilise our lenders to establish a line of credit if you are purchasing via HP or PCP. Our team members will be happy to take care of this for you, keeping you fully informed of the process at all times.

Step 3: Place your order with us.

Once everything is in order, we will send you the relevant documents to review and e-sign. This is required to confirm your acceptance of Purchase Price and Funding Figures if required. A Direct debit form and finance agreement will need to be signed.

Step 4: Your order is placed.

We will place your order and get you one step closer to your new car. All cars are covered by full manufacturer's nationwide warranties and can be serviced by your local Franchise dealer or dealer of your choice.

Step 5: Delivery to your door.

Delivery is nationwide at no additional cost*. There will be a COVID safe and professional handover by the delivery driver at the point of delivery to enable you to familiarise you with your new vehicle. Alternatively, depending on the distances involved, you may be able to collect your car directly from our premises - this can be discussed during your order process.
